Seminar on Financial Law
This course, thankfully sponsored by Fubon FHC, will be inviting several out-standing scholars from China to the class, introducing the recent theoretical and practical development on corporation law in China. During this course, we not only expect students who participate in can be able to learn much, but also hope this activity will achieve another goal of encouraging academic exchange between China and Taiwan.
